I had nothing to do with this production, but reading through the programme I can report that retired musical actress, Phyllys Michaelis, produced Trial by Jury. Winifred Ayres, another ‘resting’ professional, played the female leads in both shows and her husband, Ernest (Bunny) Ayres, was stage manager.
